Step 2: Review the Matching Report for Skills and Keywords

See the keyword and skill Matching Report below for the overall resume match rate. Be sure to note which keywords you have successfully added and which are missing. The more frequently a skill or keyword appears, the more important it is and the more weight it places on the Applicant Tracking System.

Step 3: Review Optimization Recommendations

Besides giving you an instant resume match rate, Jobscan Match Report also offers specific resume optimization tips. Jobscan’s optimization recommendations may include:
